The centerpiece of the property, this vintage, vine-draped building offers a beautifully renovated indoor space. Perfect for seated events of up to 90 or cocktail-style gatherings of up to 140, Ivy Hall blends industrial roots with timeless sophistication.

The Pod

A converted shipping container designed by a renowned architect, The Pod is a funky, modern addition to the property. Sitting at the back of the garden, this versatile space serves as a green room, bridal suite, VIP zone, or whatever your event requires.

A lush green oasis, Ivy Hall garden’s are perfect for full scale weddings, sweet 16 parties, retreats, corporate events, festivals, dinners, dancing, concerts, photoshoots, ceremonies, and more under the stars. In the gardens there is a charming vine-covered converted warehouse with elegantly appointed restrooms, a staging area, and amenities. The property also Includes a funky container building perfect for an outdoor bar, VIP area, bridal suite or staging area.

RENTALS

A hidden garden oasis located less than a mile from the city center. The property is deeply versatile, with both indoor and outdoor spaces that suit every possible gathering, from midweek board meetings to 400-seat galas.

Ivy Hall is adjacent to The Good Kind, a full-service restaurant. To reserve the entire acre of grounds (closing the restaurant to outside customers) is an additional $2000.

Venue pricing includes Ivy Hall and the Gardens which cannot be purchased separately. This setup accommodates up to 300 people.
We can accommodate up to 400 people total with a restaurant buyout, including 100 seated inside the hall (up to 400 on the property) and unlimited tenting options.

We fell in love with this venue as soon as we saw it. It is truly an oasis in the city. Right next to downtown, it was easy for our guests to stay close by, without having to have a traditional hotel-type reception. We were able to have the ceremony there also and it was perfection. When guests arrived they were blown away by the beauty of Ivy Hall. When we found out they had on-site catering, we were really happy for the ease of it all. The food far surpassed our expectations and the guests raved about it. We highly recommend the venue, the staff, and the food. A true gem in San Antonio. Thank you to everyone at Ivy Hall for making our day so incredible.
