Who We Are

Chef Tim McDiarmid

Say hello to Chef Tim, a James Beard Fellow and a competitor on Food Network’s “Chopped.” Raised on a farm in rural Canada, Tim doesn’t just use “farm to table” as a trendy buzzword—she lived it, growing her own food from a young age. Since 2011, she’s been crafting vibrant, fresh dishes in San Antonio and the Hill Country, inspired by the bright, bold flavors of the Italian Riviera. For her, the best ingredients speak for themselves, needing little more than love and simplicity to shine.

And yes, Tim is a girl. She credits her hippie parents for a name that’s drawn questions for as long as she can remember!
